Allanmere Cabernet Shiraz 2021

Allanmere produce a small range of premium wines from areas across Australia, in this case, South Australia's Langhorne Creek.
Medium to deep crimson. Ripe plum red berries,  dark chocolate and cocoa. Juicy and abundant entry with masses of black and purple fruit giving a good core of dense flavour with deep tannins, fresh acidity and balanced oak. Concentrated yet easy-drinking.
