The Italian variety Nebbiolo naturally makes a pale red wine, and is dry and savoury but with good flavour depth, so is perfect for premium Rosé production.
Pale orange to pink. Savoury cranberry and raspberry aromas. Very light, dry and savoury yet with good red berry fruit depth, some cut grass, dried herb and white pepper notes, supple drying acidity and a light touch of confectionary to finish.
