Planted in 1998, the Sweetwater vineyard is located at Sweetwater Ridge in the northern end of the Lower Hunter Valley. Distinctive soils give the wine its unique character.
Deep red purple. Lifted aromas of spiced plum and cedar. Palate opens with pristine black fruit with lovely spice notes, deep tannins, balanced oak, and fresh acidity driving the finish with notes of sarsaparilla and dark chocolate lingering.
