Winemaking team Debbie Lauritz and David Richards from Oatley Vineyards in Mudgee have produced a small range of organic wines named Annais, meaning 'pure and graceful'.
Bright straw with green freshness. Fine yet complex aromas of white apple, pear, anise and ozone. Velvet-textured and long with a jubey mix of nashi, custard apple and white fig, terrific minerality and fine natural acidity.
