Winemaking team Debbie Lauritz and David Richards from Oatley Vineyards in Mudgee have produced a small range of organic wines named Annais, meaning 'pure and graceful'.
Deep, dark red. Cherry, blackberry, clove and pepper aromas. Quite elegant and mid-weight with a fresh mix of black and red fruit, attractive white pepper and kitchen spice complexity and savoury tannins. Drink young and fresh.
