2021 was a long, dry and cool growing season in Coonawarra, and produced spectacular Cabernet Sauvignon that will not only age with grace but is delicious as a young wine.
Deep red purple colour. Ripe and lifted aromas of plum compote, cassis and leather. Black cherry entry, with hints of leaf, liquorice, espresso and earth, deep tannins, balancing acidity and savoury oak in balance with the fruit.
