Semillon makes one of the great white wines of the Barossa, and Bethany pick the grapes early, retaining freshness and ensuring lower alcohol. Lovely now but will cellar.
Pale with green freshness. Pure aromas of lemon barley and citrus zest. Very youthful, with a fresh core of lemon and lime, notes of lemongrass and river stone, some pithy textural elements, and zesty acidity driving the focussed finish.
