Hunter Semillon is one of only a few white wines with the ability to age beautifully. One of Australia's truly great styles, and this 2014 vintage example is outstanding.
Youthful pale straw green. Lime juice, fresh lemon and oyster shell aromas. An amazing aged Semillon, with still-primary notes of lime, green apple and slate, beautifully fine-boned acidity providing further ageability, and a lingering finish.
