A blend of 2020 and 2021 vintage Chardonnay fruit that was sourced from two sub-regions in the Adelaide Hills. Some oak ageing on the base wine adds complexity.
Bright pale lemon. Aromas of peach, grapefruit, sourdough and wet rock. Quite lean and elegant with hints of lime and stonefruit, attractive underlying minerality, green apple-like acidity, and a hint of brioche on the dry finish.
