The rather curious winery name refers to the ferry service in the Scottish town of Craigo, but there is nothing curious about the wine, just terrific varietal flavour and intensity.
Medium garnet colour. Forest berries, undergrowth, hints of cola and white pepper. Rich and supple with dark cherry, blackberry and blueberry, subtle stalky complexity, notes of damp earth and vanilla, and subtle toasty oak in support.
