2022 saw a brilliant vintage in Margaret River for Cabernet Sauvignon, and this beauty from Byron & Harold is a great example of what can be achieved in great years.
Medium to deep crimson red. Cassis, plum, five spice and cedar aromas. Ripe dark fruit entry, with notes of tobacco, mocha and wood smoke, red berry-like acidity, firm tannins, and oak in balance with the fruit. Very varietal.
