Carillion is a small brand based in NSW, overseen by Tim Davis, whose father John owns Pepper Tree. They have access to some of the best vineyards in Wrattonbully.
Bright red purple. Heady oak over red berries, plum, liquorice and earth. Medium to full-bodied and packed with blackberry and briar, savoury earth and pepper complexity, jubey acidity and plenty of charry oak.
