“Zeitpunkt” is German for moment in time (literally - time point). This museum release is a vinous snapshot of a moment in time, when the perfectly ripe grapes were picked.
Youthful pale colour. Lemongrass, citrus zest and sea spray aromas. Soft entry of jasmine, stonefruit and custard apple, saline undertow, chalky textural elements, and a vibrant acid finish. Lovely now but can continue to be cellared with confidence.
