2021 was a standout vintage in the Adelaide Hills, with both quality and quantity high, and Chardonnay was one of the stand-out varieties.
Bright pale gold. Citrus and stonefruit, nutty oak and struck match. Intense and flavoursome with strongly varietal melon and fig depth, subtle savoury oak, showing creamy textural elements and lovely bright acidity. Opens up in the glass.
