Claymore is one of our favourite Clare Valley wineries, and you’ll see why with their You'll Never Walk Alone Grenache Shiraz Mataro 2016 in which the Shiraz and Mataro add subtle muscle and spice to the silky Grenache.
 
In the glass: Deep red.
On the nose: Black cherry, raspberry, dried herb and vanillin oak.
On the palate: Shows a solid mix of fruit, spice and savoury elements with Grenache providing silky textured charm, Shiraz adding spice, and the Mataro adding tannin muscle. A very good GSM!
