Established in 2006 by experienced winemaker Craig Stansborough and his good mate Mark Slade, Purple Hands refers to the colour of a winemakers hands during vintage.
Deep purple. Dark fruits, exotic spice, cherry cola and potpourri. Full-bodied and intense, with ripe, fine-grained tannins, a core of sour cherry and mulberry, notes of cassis, crushed red petals and herbs, good length and persistence. Powerful and fresh.
