Established in 2006 by experienced winemaker Craig Stansborough and his good mate Mark Slade, Purple Hands refers to the colour of a winemakers hands during vintage.
Pale lemon yellow. Lifted white pineapple, pear, apple, ginger and sea spray. Generous entry of white and yellow fruit, with subtle notes of rose petal and grilled lemon, supple textural elements, and good length and drive. Dangerously drinkable.
