Bright mid lemon colour. Fresh citrus, stonefruit, sea salt and blanched almond aromas. Medium weight with white peach ripe pear, lime and apricot, hints of nuts, pickled ginger and wet stone. Fresh and juicy with refreshing acidity to balance the fruit.
