After achieving full flavour and sugar ripeness on the vine, each cane is cut, allowing the bunches of fruit to slowly dry and concentrate flavour, acid and sugar.
Bright pale gold. Citrus peel, spun honey, lime and marmalade aromas. Youthful and intense, with bright lemon-lime fruit, offset by rich, creamy sweetness, with mealy complexity, mouth-watering acidity, and a nicely balanced limey finish.
