Longleat's Guido Vazzoler created this label when some of his neighbours were planning to pull out their vines. Fortunately for us he rescued the fruit, and this is the result.
Deep red purple colour. Spiced plum, vanillin oak and black pepper. Medium-weight yet with good flavour depth, notes of sarsaparilla and morello cherry, attractive savoury spice notes, soft acidity and balanced oak.
