Nebbiolo isn't the first variety that comes to mind when we think of Rosé, but winemaker Steve Webber has crafted a deliciously fine drop from Yarra Valley fruit.
Pale copper-salmon blush. Strawberry and vanilla aromas. Delicate entry of red berries, with a soft and well-balanced mouthfeel, some underlying stonefruit and citrus notes, creamy mousse and a dry, savoury finish.
