A delicious Rhone-style blend of Marsanne, Viognier and Roussanne grown on the Shelley’s Vineyard, enhanced by a third being fermented in French oak barrels using indigenous yeast.
Pale and bright. Ripe lift of apricot, peach and lemon. Quite full-bodied, plush and juicy, with a dense core of ripe stonefruit and lemon zest, underlying nutty complexity, mouth-watering acidity and a very flavoursome finish.
