With its cool climate and sub-alpine location in Victoria’s High Country, Delatite’s wines have a fine structure and spicy complexity, and this lovely Shiraz is a great example.
Youthful dark red in the glass. Bright plummy fruit lift with notes of vanilla and black pepper. Sweet, ripe and juicy, with plum, mulberry and blackberry fruit, toasty oak and spicy acid freshness. A lovely young-drinker.
