2023 was a superb vintage for Riesling in the Clare Valley, and although lovely now, this delicious example has the variety's lifted acidity which means it will also cellar well.
Pale with a green hue. Citrus and apple with hints of florals, talc and sea spray. Intense and lively with a juicy texture, a deep core of lime and yuzu, lovely fruit drive, mouth-watering acidity, and notes of lime cordial and sorbet persisting.
