Inspired by the Chardonnay-based wines of Chablis in northern France, with focussed fruit flavours and minimal use of oak. Drinking well already.
Pale lemon green. Delicate aromas of citrus blossom and stonefruit. Medium-bodied, tight and crisp, with a latent mix of grapefruit and green melon, soft acidity and mouthfeel, subtle nutty oak, and a mouth-watering finish.
