Em's Table Premium Organic Riesling 2016

Crafted by Rod Hooper who has a passion for quality preservative free and organic wines, this 2016 Em's Table Riesling was crafted using certified organic fruit from Clare Valley.
 
In the glass: Medium yellow gold.
On the nose: Bright lemony fruit with touches of honey and white pepper.
On the palate: Slightly sweet and honeyed on entry yet strongly varietal with plenty of lime fruit intensity. Has an interesting textural element and mouth-watering acidity making for a deliciously flavoursome wine. Delicious now and with some time in the cellar it be even better.
