2019 was a great vintage in Padthaway, and produced Shiraz not only with power, but with an underlying savoury layer and bright acidity ensuring longevity.
Deep, dark red. Lifted aromas of currant, cassis and cedar oak. Full-bodied, plush and juicy, still youthful, with a dense core of dark fruit, clove and sweet spice, ripe tannins, plenty of oak and a persistent finish.
