The Five Geese Shiraz is sourced from Blewitt Springs Vineyard that’s nestled in the north-eastern end of the Willunga basin in McLaren Vale and lies about 180m above sea level.
In the glass: Deep, inky dark red.
On the nose: Rich, intense blackberry and peppery spice, mint and vanillin oak. On the palate: Full-bodied, supple and concentrated with ripe and plush black fruit depth, silken and layered tannins and fantastic flavour length. Toasty oak completes a great package with all elements in balance.
