This delicate Riesling comes from Forest Hill in WA's Denmark, a boutique winery and home to Australia's oldest cool-climate vineyard, with Riesling planted in 1965.
Pale gold. Fresh lemony fruit, green apple and herb. Crisp and dry, long and flavoursome with lovely citrus and Granny Smith characters, complex hints of honeyed development in a youthful frame with limey acid cut and good flavour persistence.
