A genetic mutation of Pinot Noir, Pinot Bianco is a popular variety in parts of Europe, and is becoming increasingly popular here in Australia. A lovely food wine.
Pale with green freshness. Restrained aromas of citrus, stonefruit, corella pear and cashew. Bright, juicy and medium-weight, with a ripe core of nectarine and nashi, nutty complexity, refreshing acidity, and a balanced, velvety finish.
