This Sparkling is a 50/50 blend of Tamar Valley Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. It's a richly-flavoured, bold Sparkling style making it an excellent choice with richer food.
Pale to mid-gold. Lifted aromas of brioche, nectarine, strawberry and spun honey. Velvety-soft with fine red berry fruit sweetness, notes of grilled nuts and buttered pastry, chalky minerality and a fine bead. Very flavoursome with fine acid carry.
