Ten unique Barossa vineyards are used for Head Red Shiraz. Mostly located at higher altitudes, in rocky, cooler areas located in the Eden Valley.
Inky dark red. Black pepper, crushed herbs, dark berry and cola aromas. Medium to full-bodied, supple and juicy, with spicy white pepper and stalky notes, a bright mix of blueberry and mulberry, and fine chalky tannin dryness. Quite Rhône-like.
