Estate grown and hand-picked from Howard Vineyard's Block 9. The wine was whole bunch pressed with minimal skin contact, 30% barrel fermented to give texture and complexity.
Pale onion skin blush. Rose petal, red cherry and sage aromas. Bright and vibrant with a very long and juicy core of pink and red fruit, underlying notes of dried herb and orange zest, subtle savoury elements and deliciously fresh acidity to balance.
