When the conditions are right, the Botrytis cinerea mould dehydrates the grapes and creates this luscious style, and Hungerford Hill's is one of the best in the Hunter.
Mid-gold with a faint amber hue. Waffle cone, honey, nougat, orange peel, apricot and honeycomb aromas. Well-balanced entry of citrus zest and stonefruit, with a silken texture, mouth-watering limey acidity, and excellent line and length. A lovely wine.
