Fumé Blanc is essentially a Sauvignon Blanc wine that has undergone barrel fermentation which imparts additional layers of complexity and texture to the wine.
Pale lemon straw. Lifted aromas of gooseberry, citrus and toasty oak. Medium-weight, with a plush and juicy mx of citrus and tropical fruit, well-balanced savoury oak, grapefruit-like acidity, and a long, mouth-watering acid finish.
