Hungerford Hill are one of the few producers championing the Fumé style of Sauv Blanc, with the fruit being barrel fermented which adds depth and complexity.
Mid gold. Intense aromas of grapefruit, gooseberry, passionfruit and struck match. The palate shows a deep core of grapefruit and gooseberry, with barrel fermentation adding toast and almond and velvety texture.
