Irvine are masters with Merlot. This is their take using fruit from Padthaway, and they've created yet another excellent example of the variety.
Deep, dark red. Subtle plum and mulberry aromas with background earth notes. Supple and juicy with plenty of plummy varietal fruit and fleshy depth, savoury earth and kitchen spice notes, smooth tannins, and subtle oak.
