Hunter-based Jackson's Hill have looked to NSW's Hilltops to source the fruit for their deliciously flavoursome and concentrated 2021 Cabernet.
Inky crimson red. Intense cassis, plum, black pepper, black tea, leather and sweet oak. Ripe and full-bodied with a concentrated core of dark fruit, massive yet silken tannin intensity, lovely savoury hints, chocolatey oak and a powerful finish.
