Jilyara Heath Road Chardonnay 2019

A cool year in Margaret River has given this wine great tension, energy and latent power. It's a great example of the class that can be achieved with Chardonnay in Margaret River.
Bright pale gold. Delicious citrus and stonefruit with notes of lees and struck match. Tight lime-like fruit drive with mealy depth and nutty complexity,  salty acidity and fabulous oyster shell minerality, beautifully integrated oak and a long, complete finish.
