Pale to mid gold. Fresh yellow fruit, sweet vanillin oak with hints of florals and white pepper. Crisp and fresh, dry and savoury yet with terrific pineapple depth. Layered and complex with toasty oak, cashew and hazelnut complexity. Delicious.
