A lovely textural example of this emerging variety, with plenty of fruit power from start to finish. A trophy winner at the Royal Adelaide Wine Show 2020.
Mid lemon colour. Yellow peach, apple, lime juice, almond and white pepper. Quite powerful with a riot of white and yellow fruit, varietal peppery complexity, good length, and a rich, persistent finish. Shows salty umami deliciousness throughout.
