Carignan is a little-known southern French variety, often blended with Shiraz and Grenache. This one is fresh and bright and designed to drink in its youth.
Pretty violet red colour. Youthful blueberry, cranberry, bay leaf and leather. Vibrant with bright red fruits in a light to medium-bodied frame with gentle tannins and acidity, notes of liquorice and Italian bitters and a jubey, mouth-watering finish.
