Not a lot of Pinot G is produced in Western Australia, but there's no doubt that when grown in the right conditions, it can be excellent.
Very pale straw. Lemon sorbet, pear and potpourri aromas. Light and dry yet with latent varietal intensity and freshness, good weight and underlying textural richness, vibrant limey acidity, and a flavoursome finish.
