A really fruit-forward and flavoursome Prosecco, and although it shows a sweet core of fruit, it's balanced by a vibrant line of acidity. Lovely with or without food.
Pale with green freshness and a fine bead. Fragrant aromas of jasmine, pear and apple. Light, fine and delicate, with fresh acidity driving the core of nashi and citrus, creamy mousse and mouthfeel, and a long finish. A lovely wine.
