Although Macaw Creek is a producer from the Mount Lofty Ranges near the Clare Valley, they've sourced fruit from the Limestone Coast to produce this rich Cabernet.
Medium red to black. Deluxe aromas of plum, prune, black pepper, clove and earth. Lovely complexity throughout, with an immense core of cassis, pepper, black tea and iodine, notes of bay leaf and sandalwood, lovely oak spice and a deep tannin finish.
