McPherson MWC Shiraz Mourvèdre 2018

McPherson's winemaking team, led by Jo Nash, craft their wines to reveal true character and complexity, in this case adding 5% Mourvedre to their rich Victorian Shiraz.
 
Medium to deep red. Vanilla, plum, mocha, smoked oyster and charcuterie aromas. Youthful with excellent balance, a deep core of black fruit, cedar and bay leaf notes, attractive oak spice, well-balanced acidity and a juicy yet savoury finish. A lovely red.
