Although labelled Grigio, and from cool climate Tumbarumba, this beauty is actually surprisingly rich, and right in the middle of the Gris and Grigio styles.
Pale straw gold. Red apple, ginger, spun honey and dried herb aromas. Quite rich and full-bodied with some honeyed textural notes, and layers of ripe pear, apple and quince. Generous and flavoursome with crisp, drying acidity.
