Aaron Mercer's self-named venture is going from strength to strength, and is delivering some exceptional NSW wines, in this case Tempranillo from Hilltops and Gundagai.
Dark red purple. Blueberry, mulberry and liquorice aromas. Juicy, plush and medium-bodied, with luscious red and blue fruit depth, notes of liquorice, mocha and vanilla, gentle tannins, and a richly-fruited finish. A lovely joven-style wine.
