While the unwooded version of Monty's Leap Chardonnay is a delicious wine in its own right, this rich, creamy and complex oaked version takes the variety to another level.
Pale to mid-gold. Complex smoky oak, struck match, pineapple and stonefruit aromas. Subtle, latent and powerful, with ripe grapefruit, and grilled hazelnuts, very good depth of fruit, superb winemaking and gorgeous oak. Long and complex.
