High Eden is one of Mountadam’s premium labels with fruit sourced from mature vines in a specific single vineyard and referred to as ‘grower style'.
Pale with a faint bronze hue. White cherry, apple, lemon and butter pastry aromas. Light, fresh and bright with tightly-wound acidity driving the focussed core of fruit, underlying shortbread and brioche, creamy mousse and a fine finish.
